As we embark on this Thanksgiving Day I want to send a warmth of love your way! Thank you for allowing me to come into your world and encourage you to find purpose in your everyday life. I am thankful for all of you who have genuinely expressed how abundantly you have been encouraged and inspired to uncover your purpose and create a legacy of positive influence in the world! I am truly blessed to be a part of your journey. It has been my joy to share the love and hope of Jesus with you, and to be a constant voice saying…You Are Irreplaceable!
On this special day, I want to share one of my favorite scripture passages with you. I have found this to be inspiring in times of rejoicing and in times of despair. Regardless of where you are on your life journey today, look up towards the heavens and trust God is with you, He is working on your behalf, and most of all He loves you!
PSALMS 121
I lift my eyes to the hills
Where does my help come from:
My help comes from the Lord the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot slip, he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord watches over you, the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day nor the moon by night.
The Lord will keep you from all harm, he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
What an incredible passage of hope! I’ll let you in on one of my secrets… When I read this passage, I insert the word ‘me/my’ for ‘you/your’. This is how I personalize this promise! Try it...read the above scripture and insert ‘me/my’ where you see ‘you/your’, it will take on a whole new meaning!
My Thanksgiving Day prayer for you:
May you find a place deep within your heart to be grateful for all God has done for you in the past, present, and what He is yet to do in your future (Jeremiah 29:11). May you see His hand at work in you, through you, and around you. May you know, despite any difficult circumstances you may be experiencing in your life at this moment, God is for you not against you (Romans 8:31).
You are irreplaceable! Happy Thanksgiving!
